Winter Mani!

Feeling wintery and festive?  Time for a winter manicure!  What better way than with sparkles, glitter, snowflakes and pearls!


I used Ciaté's "Serendipity" from the Mani Month Advent Calendar and OPI's Pink-ing of You to create this look, along with a snowflake water decal and tiny pearl from Born Pretty.

P2 Color Victim Nail Polish - Before Sunrise

Today I'm excited to share a new multi-chrome from P2's Color Victim line. In the shade, it's a dark wine/red with metallic shine, but in the light, it's a dark magenta with shine.  I thought the color change would be a bit stronger since it looks that way in the bottle, but it's actually pretty subtle. Still, I highly recommend this shade for this winter season!

Dance Legend Sahara Crystal - Amethyst

Another fabulous purple for 2014 is from Dance Legend.  This one is called "Amethyst", from their Sahara Crystal collection and it's a dark purple with red micro glitters, which shine really nicely in the sun!  The formula was a bit thick to work with, but you can get good coverage in 2 coats, though maximum wear time was about 2-3 days.  Photos below are without top coat and with indoor lighting.
